Magic Horizons offers a holistic solution in one product and is also particularly suitable for use in dementia patients due to its strong stress-reducing effect:

The Magic Horizons applications are developed with the advice of leading scientists, medical professionals and gerontologists:

• Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin: Magic Horizons has developed a very special visual and formal language in VR, based on a study conducted by the Cluster of Excellence Image, Knowledge, Design at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, especially for Magic Horizons.

Combined with a specially developed immersive audio process, a strong stress-reducing effect is generated.

• In contrast to other providers, all applications at Magic Horizons are designed with scientific advice in such a way that no negative effects such as dizziness or discomfort arise (no motion sickness and no fear of heights)
• In particular, "frightening" moments for the user are avoided. With such “frightening” content, not only the benefit is questionable, but there is also a risk of creating or increasing fears or even the risk of injuries from uncontrolled movements. Facilities have reported to us that other providers offer such questionable content and that corresponding negative effects have occurred.

The Magic Horizons VR software is a CE certified Class 1 medical device for reducing anxiety and pain during and/or after uncomfortable medical treatments, surgical procedures and/or in high-stress situations.
